Exploration of the Emerald Cave at Koh Mook
One of the absolute highlights of this tour is the visit to the legendary Emerald Cave, locally known as Tham Morakot, located on the west coast of Koh Mook.
To enter the cave, you’ll swim or kayak through a narrow, dark tunnel about 80 meters long, accessible only during low tide. This short adventure, often guided with flashlights or by holding onto a rope, leads to something truly magical:
A hidden lagoon with a tiny stretch of powdery white sand, completely surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and lush tropical vegetation. Cancellation / Refund / No Show Policy
Tour cancellations can occur only at the discretion of the Tour Operator, based on official information from relevant authorities (e.g., the Navy Office). In such cases, the customer will be offered two options:

If the customer decides not to join the tour without prior notice and does not show up at the pick-up point, this will be considered a “no show,” and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation due to illness
In case of sudden illness, the customer may receive a refund only if the following conditions are met:
Once the Tour Operator receives the medical certificate, the customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the tour.
Cancellation by the Customer
Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed tour must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time indicated on the voucher.
For the Similan Islands tour only, the National Park entrance fee (500 THB per person) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
