About Us – Semplice Phuket

Semplice Phuket is your trusted local travel partner for discovering the best of southern Thailand — easily, safely, and with unforgettable experiences.

Founded in 2009, the agency was born from a passion for travel and the desire to offer a better, more reliable, and more enjoyable way to explore Phuket and the surrounding provinces.

Behind Semplice Phuket is Paolo, a passionate traveler with a solid background in customer service and product quality gained through years of experience in leading companies in Italy. His attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and strong sense of responsibility are reflected in every part of the service we offer.

Over the past 16 years living in Phuket and working across nearby provinces such as Phang Nga and Krabi, we have personally inspected and evaluated hundreds of tour operators. This careful selection process allows us to offer only the most reliable and high-quality experiences to our clients.

But more than that, we have built strong and direct relationships with the operators we work with. This close collaboration means we can intervene immediately in case of any unexpected issues, resolving them quickly and efficiently before they become a problem for our guests. This way, we make sure your travel experience stays smooth, safe, and stress-free.

No issues at all during the Phi Phi Islands excursion, the guide was super friendly, everything was perfect. You can go with your eyes closed !

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had booked couple of tours through this agency in December 2019 Island hopping and khao sok lake tour, Everything was extremely professional right from the pick up to covering places and drop back to our hotel. These guys are easily reachable via WhatsApp and you can expect a prompt response. After checking a lot of online options , I decided to go with semplice and I feel I took a correct decision.
