Cancellation / Refund / No Show Policy
Tour cancellations can occur only at the discretion of the Tour Operator, based on official information from relevant authorities (e.g., the Navy Office). In such cases, the customer will be offered two options:
- Reschedule the tour to another available date (if the customer can join on that date)
- 100% refund of the tour price paid
Note: Only the Tour Operator is authorized to cancel a tour.
If the customer decides not to join the tour without prior notice and does not show up at the pick-up point, this will be considered a “no show,” and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation due to illness
In case of sudden illness, the customer may receive a refund only if the following conditions are met:
- The cancellation is communicated no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the tour date
- The customer visits a clinic and obtains a medical certificate confirming the illness
Once the Tour Operator receives the medical certificate, the customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the tour.
Cancellation by the Customer
Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed tour must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time indicated on the voucher.
For the Similan Islands tour only, the National Park entrance fee (500 THB per person) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
